We desire to affiliate ourselves with the IAPSC, Inc. as a:

___ Pipe Club: $30 / year   +   $2 / member   •   # of Members __________

___ Associate Member: $15 / year   (Retail store or business)

___ Sustaining Member: $35 / year   (Manufacturers)

If you do not have a pipe club you, can be sanctioned to have an IAPSC Pipe Smoking Contest with official tobacco loads. Sanction Fee is determined annually. Contact: chairman@iaspc.net
